CHSA Distributor Service Excellence Award 2006
Dependable Services achieved national recognition at the 2006 Distributor Service Excellence Awards held at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel.
The Awards, first introduced in 1990, recognise the quality of service provided by distributors of cleaning and hygiene products and give a clear picture of what their customers think about their service levels.
A record number of independent distributors participated this year and for each of them a random selection of their customers (over 3000 in total) was quizzed about the level of service offered.
Graham Fletcher, General Secretary of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA) said: "Dependable Services has performed magnificently to achieve such a high level of service performance. This is an example to everyone in the industry."
"In today's highly competitive business world, it is companies with the competitive edge that succeed. Price is important but service usually provides the advantage."
