CHSA Distributor Service Excellence Award 2004
The CHSA (Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association) independently surveyed 2000 clients of 84 Janitorial Supply Distributors throughout the UK.
Clients were asked to rate the performance of their Distributor across a wide range of areas, including Delivery, Stock Availability, Ordering Processes, Complaints and Support.
The results were then benchmarked to the national average. Only those Distributors achieving or beating the national average were presented with the award.
